Pros:
They include fantastic features in a beautifully laid out control panel. Twitter integration, listener maps (which I can paste onto my website), the auto DJ is seamlessly easy to use and the support team always replies within a matter of minutes or up to an hour in most cases. They provide a very personal level of support which seems to go that extra bit as they worked on my website for me to integrate the media and flash players.

Cons:
The price may be expensive for some as the cheapest package is $35 for 128kbps however it does include auto dj and 10000 listener slots.

Overall:
I would like to share my successful experience with Citrus3. I switched my shoutcast services from another popular service provider who I had nothing but bad service from. Some people may say that good value brings a lack of service and poor support however...wrong statement! Citrus 3 are a team of professionals and have more than enough features within the control panel and from the personal level they provide a lot. They integrate with twitter, flash, and helped me submit my info to tune in radio.. Really happy customer.

Pros:
The price and unlimited slots, but you have to be aware there is no such think as unlimited. The minute you push their server with decent amounts of listeners you are going to hit problems and will probably be bumped! Not a good way to build your station...

Cons:
Customer service is absolutely atrocious. It is basically non existence and you always get the feeling that you are bothering them. If you ask a question more than once you will just be ignored. I have struggled with Citrus3 for more than a year and during that time they have been hit by a denial of service attack twice which meant having to migrate to different streams with all the chaos that brings.. They will not even inform you if your streaming server is off-air, you have to find out and mail them, then you get some excuse... Eventually... If you are lucky!

Overall:
You pay for what you get, if you have very few listeners and are dabbling with Internet radio and you are not worried about uptime then fine. If you are a serious Internet radio broadcaster then Citrus3 should be avoided like the plague as they totally unreliable and customer service is as unreliable as their streams and come with an arrogance and disrespect I find alarming!

Pros:
I like the unlimited listeners option. We don't really reach many listeners however it really helps that I don't need to worry about an upgrade cost in the future. The auto DJ service is free and I have uploaded 20GB so far so the storage capacity is also great for a free service. The service came with a flash player code already in my welcome email so setup was easy and I was good to go very quickly.

Cons:
I have nothing bad to say.

Overall:
I really like the Citrus3 service overall. I found them on google and have been using for 3 months now without any problems. I have sent a few tickets to support and had them answered within 30 minutes during business hours. The control panel is easy to use and different to any other provider I used before as it does not appear to be a reseller one.

Pros:
The tempting advertising

Cons:
Technical service did not have tickets but did not answer me. The server assigned to me has uninterrupted succession. Zero customer care. I lost my time once more in a shoddy company.

Overall:
Not recommended unless you want to spend a good time with problems to nowhere.

Pros:
WOW our set up was quick. I've tried many other hosting providers. They all looked great at first look, but I have been really disappointed from then on. I've found about Citrus 3 through broadcasting world. I thought, why not to try it. And since then, I love them. All of their promises are real, their customer support is the best I have ever seen, they have 100% uptime and I've never experienced any issues with them.

Cons:
My wallet is heavier as the price is pretty impressive.

Overall:
Very impressed with our new radio provider. This company is a great radio company, and I will never regret switching to them. A+ on all accounts :) I have made a few phone calls and these guys are very genuine and know what they are talking about. Looking at other reviews here its hard to believe people had a bad experience.

Pros:
We were broadcasting within 30 minutes and had no issues with the set up. Their control panel is centova which has everything we need. My client assistant Jamie has been great and created a twitter now playing app and provided a flash player script for our website as requested.

Cons:
I would only want to rate these folks positively. If I would say anything bad it would be the price is slightly higher than my previous company at $35 however the service appears much better.

Overall:
Overall a professional streaming provider for sure. I will continue to use for my radio streaming.
