Google Street View in Belgium

During the upcoming week We can expect an official declaration of Google made to the Belgian Privacy Commission.

At first sight Google wasn't entend to do this because Google told that
this wasn't needed for reason of the certificate Traffic Movement
between Europe and the USA with as goal the processing of the data in
the USA.

However to the Belgian Privacy Law foreign establishments do have the
obligation to make this official declaration if personal details are
being collected by using automated systems.

Google has to appoint a contactperson to their services who has to process all complains made by Belgian citizens.

Secondly Google has the duty to share and declare all information who is processed by their Street View services.
