The fact that the control panel is easy to use and the servers are always working, I use to have problems with my old host always cutting off and dropping the connection but no problems here

Nothing really, the price is good, support are bloody fast! I have had no problems yet to be honest

boxsrv are a half decent host that seems to appreciate its customers and provide a pretty dam reliable service, if I was asked would I recommend them, the answer would be yes!
I submitted tickets at 2AM about a wordpress issue and got a reply in 2 minutes, these guys are on the ball if you ask me

I moved to these guys and so far I Have had 11 months of solid uptime, and still going strong, I also moved my website to them and thought I would give it a try, I No longer have any issues like with my old host and my website is always fast, plus support is always about as promised and they seem friendly

I would highly recommend these guys, our radio was going down hill due to downtime and since changing we have never looked back, we a really appreciate the work guys

I took up the offer of one of their amazing promotions and I must say that I was extremely pleased with the service, the communication from them is very good and efficient and problems are sorted without any fuss.

Really supportive team who have helped me in many areas. Been offered some great deals to the extent that we moved both our streaming and web services to them. Any problems we have had have been solved really quickly as well as good advice given.

Love it all! The price is fantastic, you would expect a shoddy service for the price but I really cant recommend them enough! The support is instant through the live chat and I haven't encountered anything they wont sort! I've even had help on problems which had nothing to do with them!
