Pros:
They are one of the cheapest Shoutcast solutions that we found.

Cons:
Rude and unhelpful customer service. Deceptive practices. Port 80 mobile connection bug. A horrible web interface.

Overall:
We used these guys for quite a while due to the fact that they were the cheapest. However, they kept changing the IP address of my server as well as performing maintenance and restarting my server without change control, usually right in the middle of our peak hours. Also, their Port 80 streaming was not so hot as there was apparently a bug that caused mobile streams over port 80 to hang onto the slot for days at a time, even though no one was listening. Originally we thought that our stats had gone stellar, but in the end, this was the issue. They were happy to sell me a 200 slot server, before finally confessing that the Port 80 bug was the issue. My dealings with their support were pretty abyssmal when dealing with "Mike" but the other guy who seemed a bit more friendly would usually sort things out, but only after "Mike" made an arse of himself. After about a year, we ended up leaving due to their attitude towards our station's up-time. Their DNAS stats web interface was pretty wonky and looked like a 12 year old in the 90s developed it.

Pros:
You can't really beat the price, it's very reasonable. The best price in town (if you asked me). Also, I appreciate the very generous space for my music files that will allow me to have at least 24 hours of no repeat music, which is great when I'm not broadcasting live. Speaking of broadcasting live, I've contacted tech support several times (via the online trouble ticket) and the response time is usually within an hour two and my issue is resolved almost instantly.

Cons:
Their website layout appears to be awkward, but once you learn the layout of the site, it get progressively easier to navigate to where you need to go.

Overall:
So far, I'm really happy with the service they're providing. Their server seems to be very reliable and I've never experience any downtime. Usually the downtime is caused by my internet provider!
