How do I add additional stations?
You can submit a new station to our directory here. Standard members can only add five stations per user. If you wish to add more under one account, upgrade your account with a pro subscription.

How do I delete my station?
You can delete your station at anytime by clicking on this link.

Why is my station not playing in the popup player?
Ensure that you have filled in your IP and Port numbers and/or added a secondary stream link (.pls file for example) in your station details.

My now playing information keeps saying "Check stations website for info"
Now Playing information is only available on SHOUTcast and Icecast streams. Please ensure that you have fileld in your IP and Port numbers and that you have now playing data enabled on your server.

Statistics

How does BW measure my stations statistics?
We analyze each and every listener that clicks on your popup player both within Broadcasting World and within our Widgets. Pro members have the ability to add tracking on their own custom created popup players to allow for more detailed and thorough tracking. Upgrade now to get the most out of your station.

How accurate is this information?
We track listeners in real time, track now playing information every minute and track bitrates and stream quality every hour to ensure your station is at it's peak performance.

How do I turn off weekly notification emails?
Update your station details here and uncheck the "Email Notifications" box to unsubscribe.

Can I download the weekly reports from my dashboard?
Not at the moment unfortunately. We are looking into adding more detailed reports and extracts which will be accessible by the dashboard.

Why can't I see detailed statistics?
Detailed statistics are only available to pro members. To upgrade, click here.

Why isnt my statistics populating?
Some statistics and data may take up to 24 hours to reach our servers. Please allow up to 24 hours before viewing/downloading/extracting any statistics, reports or data.
